  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, customs processing (for international orders), weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Discreet Packaging

All Vibexc orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents or references to adult products on the outside of the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, Vibexc is not responsible for delivery failures or delays. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost shipments) and provide your order number along with any relevant photos or information. We will investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
